Based in Brussels, it is within the Seed Factory that the Meet My Job team has set up shop. In our premises, we share a kitchen, a coworking space and even a small garden with other inspiring entrepreneurs! A real abundance of ideas that carries us on a daily basis. 🌱 And if the weather permits, a stone's throw away, we meet at the park for lunch. Isn't life at Meet My Job beautiful?

Working in a start-up means having the chance to participate concretely in an innovative project, with a team motivated to make things happen! At Meet My Job, we work in an open-space because we are convinced that the human link is essential to move forward.

Our vision of work is relaxed, serious without taking itself seriously, where everyone evolves with benevolence by sharing their knowledge. Here, each member, whether intern or employee, does his or her stone (and not just any member!😎): taking initiative, regular brainstorming...

Also, every Monday we organize a collective breakfast, where everyone can tell their latest adventures and discuss the challenges of the week.

We celebrate all our victories during team-building (laser game, board game night, afterwork, pancake party,...)! 🎉
