Because we all deserve to find a rewarding and sustainable job, the team focuses on individuals in vulnerable situations and those furthest from the labour market, those who, despite existing supports, are unable to find their place. 💛 A company where people and equal opportunities are at the center, what more could you ask for?

And concretely, how does it work? It's simple: through its mentoring program, Team4Job trains pairs between job seekers (mentees) and professionally active volunteers (mentors), thus offering a unique opportunity to create strong bonds and encourage the potential of each person.

The goal is for the mentor to share their knowledge of the job market with the job seeker, while helping them build their self-confidence and interpersonal skills. So many essential elements for a successful (and fulfilling) job search! It is an initiative that makes the hearts of many professionals beat faster and are ready to share their network and expertise with those who need it most! 🤝✨  Together, they meet 2 times a month for 6 months at the mentor's workplace. This method has already made it possible to support more than 2,200 people and the results are there: a positive exit rate of 60% at 6 months, with a high proportion of 68% of sustainable jobs ! 🌱
