Bonjour à toutes et à tous, j’ai l’honneur de recevoir à mon micro aujourd’hui Delphine de Sauvage. Delphine est ingénieure agronome, mais aussi multi-entrepreneuse. On pourrait même dire slasheuse tant elle est sur tous les fronts. Elle fonde Eat’s Local en 2019, une plateforme qui vend des produits locaux, artisanaux et bio. En parallèle, elle accompagne maintenant également des entrepreneurs en agriculture urbaine. Delphine m’a passionnée par son récit, et je pense qu’on a toutes et tous beaucoup à gagner à s’informer plus sur les enjeux concernant notre assiette. Bonne écoute!
