Generous Bakery

Generous is an artisanal, organic and gluten-free biscuit factory founded in 2013 and located in Tubize (on the outskirts of Brussels).

It produces and markets a range of delicious biscuits in Belgium and abroad. Its 10 members work together on the innovation of new biscuits and the successful development of this human-sized company while keeping in mind the Generous values: conviviality, zero-waste, gluten-free and generosity!

They select the best ingredients from mainly local producers. No soy, corn or wheat at Generous, but alternatives such as tapioca flour, buckwheat flour or potato starch.

Anecdote: "In December 2018 we had the chance to partner with Stromae for the launch of his clothing brand! A packet of Generous cookies was offered with each new purchase of a garment.
