Since its creation, Team4Job has already supported more than 2,200 job seekers in Brussels and has a positive exit rate of 60% at 6 months and 77% at 1 year, of which 68% are sustainable jobs. 🌱

60% positive exit rate after 6 months means: 860 jobs found, 70 companies created and 180 training, internships or resumption of studies ! Concrete impact as we like it! 💪 All of this is possible thanks to a community of more than 900 mentors, 80% of whom are repeating the experience!

In 2023, 50% of the people supported were of foreign nationality, illustrating the cultural diversity of Brussels. Thanks to mentoring, Team4Job helps them to overcome the obstacle of the lack of recognition of diplomas acquired abroad and to integrate them into the Belgian job market! 🚀
