Vias Institute is first and foremost a team of 125 collaborators, where everyone has their place and contributes their expertise in favor of the same common mission: objective of 0 road deaths, by improving road safety and promoting sustainable mobility! It is quite a challenge that the team faces on a daily basis, thanks to various carefully selected profiles, such as researchers and academic engineers, psychologists, field experts, legal advisors and consultants, and many more... With such a multidisciplinary approach and ambition, it's impossible to go wrong! 🚦

The common thread that connects employees? Knowledge sharing, cohesion and team spirit are an integral part of the business world at Vias! And when you say team spirit, you say activities to strengthen bonds! From happy hours (3 times a year) to team buildings, New Year's receptions and moments of knowledge sharing with colleagues, every occasion is a good opportunity to celebrate successes and get to know other team members! 🤝
