Job description
Brasserie Surréaliste is a young micro-brewery founded by two brothers in 2021. On a green square in the centre of Brussels, the Surrealist project combines brewing production and a place to live with its restaurant, bar and beer shop.
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the bar offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and high-flying cocktails. The restaurant is open in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and offers bistronomic and convivial cuisine.

We are looking for a Chef de Rang to join the team.
👉 Missions:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Order taking and closing the table
Ensuring optimal service in its rank
Setting up and closing the service
Keeping equipment and space clean and organized
📆 Timetables:
2 to 4 shifts per week
Wednesday to Saturday from 18:30 to Midnight and/or Saturdays from 11:00 to 15:00
Profile
Graduate of hotel school or min. 3 years of experience in a renowned establishment
Welcoming, smiling and caring
Wine and craft beer 👌 knowledge
Be available in the evening and/or weekends
Languages: French, and ideally English and/or Dutch.
