CoHop strives to offer a sustainable project, with local products, with a low impact on the environment, and with a positive societal impact.

CoHop is working on circularity! The breads that come from Janine are partly made from spent grains from their brews, and their beers are produced from unsold breads, for 15% of them.

CoHop works with different local market gardeners and the sandwich selection is made up exclusively of seasonal and local products.

The cooperative now uses canned packaging. This packaging allows for a product that is lighter and smaller than the bottle, which then optimizes transport, as well as the necessary space.

Their premises will soon have solar panels, water and vapour recovery systems, for an even lower environmental impact.

The CoHop cooperative aims to pool different services and expertise and also offers training.
