CoHop

CoHop - the first microbrewery cooperative in Brussels - is a shared and eco-responsible brewery offering quality craft beers, with a positive societal impact, all in an open and friendly place.

In a world where human contact has once again become central, where craftsmanship, local roots, sharing and solidarity are values highlighted, CoHop aims to promote Brussels crafts by facilitating the creation of sustainable and eco-responsible micro-breweries, thus strengthening the offer of quality artisanal products on the Brussels market.

It is in a unique place at the Arsenal d'Etterbeek, that the Witlook, DrinkThatBeer, 1B2T and the bakery-brewery Janine wanted to set up this hybrid place and Brussels craft hub!

The CoHop is a hybrid and lively place composed of:

• a shop;

• a sandwich shop;

• a unique tasting area and bar in Brussels (+ 20 beers);

• a space dedicated to vocational training,

• and an area exclusively dedicated to the production of beers;
