As a centre for dual training - SMEs, the primary objective of VET is to enable sustainable employment and to provide support for business creation. In total, 85% of people who complete VET training find a job within the first few months of their training. Of these, 20% are self-employed, half of which create jobs.

For the past 4 years, the efp has been implementing the BRIC project, a 100% sustainable and modular building entirely built by our auditors. In 4 years, they have built 3 different buildings, using the same reused materials. The aim of the project is to raise awareness of the circular economy among their listeners, trainers and the Brussels public.

VET also promotes cycling travel. A specific allowance is paid to staff members who come to the office by bike (a new bicycle parking lot with charging stations for electric bikes has just been installed).

EFP uses solar energy to power a large part of its buildings. A total of 551 panels with a power of 170.8 kWp were recently installed to cover 30% of their energy needs. To reduce their consumption, they have also equipped the premises with automatic lighting that switches off after a few minutes if the premises are not in use.
