EFP

VET operates as a large multicultural family (6 nationalities, 89 staff and 450 trainers). Benevolence, respect and mutual aid are values upheld by all. And yes, one of the pillars of their strategic plan for 2021-2022 is to "team up for success".

Team building: throughout the year, the EFP organises a series of unifying events that mobilise all staff such as the Open Day, the Talent Challenge, the Auberge Espagnole (a festive moment organised before the summer holidays) or the "Christmas Sweater" aperitif combined with a game evening that brought together all the staff members before the winter holidays... Once a year, the VET closes its doors to the public and organises "Staff Day".
