Their winery is 100% organic. 🍇 The grapes are harvested by hand, with respect for the vines. On this preserved land, sustainability is essential: planting hedges between the plots, harvesting water sparingly, working the soil while protecting it, favouring short circuits and reintroducing old varieties in the orchards.
