Eco-responsible offices, a collaborative atmosphere and a community that makes a difference... Welcome to Mundo-Lab! 🏢🌳 

For the record, the Mundo project was born in 2008 thanks to Brussels associations committed to the environment, sustainable development and fair trade. 🌱 Their dream? A workplace that reflects their values : sustainable, eco-responsible and shared. With Mundo-Lab, they transformed a building into an eco-designed and eco-managed office space, giving birth to the Mundo Matongé in Ixelles... and the concept of the "Mundo" centres!

Today, 6 Mundo centres exist in Belgium : 3 in Brussels (Matongé, Trône, Madou), as well as in Antwerp, Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve. These spaces welcome 230 organizations – associations, NGOs, and social enterprises – in a stimulating working environment aligned with their values. At Mundo, each member (much more than just a tenant!) is part of a community where exchanges encourage collaborations and new joyful synergies! 🧡

Did you know? Mundo's daily management is designed to be 100% sustainable ! ♻️ Yes, responsible consumption is everywhere and at every stage of the project: renovation and construction with a circular approach, green corners with a particular attention to biodiversity, natural, local and labelled materials, optimised energy and water management, waste reduction, choice of service providers, pooling of infrastructure and resources, etc. Nothing is left to chance, to the delight of all (and the planet!). 🌍💚 One thing is certain, it's that the team has put all its heart into creating pleasant and inspiring workspaces, making it a real trademark !

And the icing on the cake is that each center hosts a restaurant that offers healthy, local and seasonal dishes, available for catering from members and room tenants... A gourmet partnership that delights more than one! 👩‍🍳🥗
