Smart allows thousands of workers to exercise their profession independently and to access employee social protection. Each year, more than 20,000 people become employees through the cooperative, accumulating more than 4.5 million hours worked.

Smart is committed to making its spaces as impactless as possible. To do this, it can count on the promotion of soft mobility and zero company cars ! 💪

The cooperative is actively advocating in Belgium and Europe to have the shared business model recognised. ✊ This action is intensified around the elections and in international networks (CECOP, ICETT).

Through SmartLabs, Smart supports groups of members who are experimenting with concrete solutions around their professions, cooperative operation or the improvement of working conditions.

The cooperative participates in innovative projects such as Territoire Zéro Chômeur de Longue Durée in Gembloux, opening up new avenues for work accessible to all. 🤗

Foster a fulfilling and inclusive work environment ? Resolutely, thanks to its network of shared spaces in Belgium, the deployment of a Diversity plan to fight against discrimination and finally, its participatory operation (e.g. ethics committee, Smart Labs,...) 🌈
