Smart is an ecosystem with artists, graphic designers, trainers, consultants, cooks, developers... In short, a great diversity of professions, backgrounds and talents! And to accompany all these people, a competent and caring support team, spread over 8 offices across Belgium.

If we had to sum up the corporate culture, in 3 words? Participatory, creative and festive ! The highlight of the celebration is the General Assembly in June, an event that brings together all the members for a very serious time of assessment and voting and a time of celebration that is a little less so. 🥳 Not to mention the green days to take a breather and reconnect, as well as the annual staff party! So many moments that bring people together and give a smile, a real boost to everyday life !

In terms of values, Smart focuses on solidarity, autonomy and transparency. Its operation is based on internal democracy, a Diversity plan and a real attention to the well-being of members. Here, we share struggles, ideas, solutions and victories! 🎉
