It is in the heart of Brussels that James and his multicultural team are developing the canteen of tomorrow, Ukio.

At Ukio, it's not uncommon for the team to celebrate the week's victories on the roof top of their office. The lunch break is also very important to them, as they themselves provide pleasant breaks in the workplace.

A quick jog in the nearby parks at the end of the day to debrief is also a good way for them to have fun while working.

Their mascot: Robert, a warrior who has been following Ukio since the beginning!
